2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Cute, very short

Gave this dress 4/5 stars because it didn't fit. Dresses are cute for the price (probably will hold up for a few wears max). Bought for my daughter for HOCO-ended up being too small upper back wouldn't zipper-I would def suggest sizing up for larger/full figured girls. Vintage mauve was the color. Very very short (my daughter is 5'8). Color looked a little washed out against her fair skin, but a really cute color-maybe better for a slighter darker skin shade versus fair. Dress will look good on any body shape. larger sizes the straps don't tighten as much as needed over shoulders. The strap was falling off my daughters arm despite tightening the strap all the way-I may have to tighten this at the cleaners/seamstress.
Heads up-express delivery is 2 weeks.

Great customer service

Our daughter attends a conservative school that requires knee-length dresses or longer. Using the custom fit option, it was easy to convert a short dress to a knee-length dress. Customer service walked us through the process in a very timely manner when we had questions. This is our seventh purchase from JJ House because of the excellent service and the quick turnaround.
