All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

I wasn't sure what to expect, since this was my first time ordering from JJs house and it was a wedding dress. But it came out perfect! I took my measurements based on the online size guides and I fit exactly into their 20W size recommendations (I generally wear an 18 in U.S. store sizes). When it arrived, it fit me perfectly, including the length! Very comfortable dress, and it looks great in person. Pictures posted here are taken right out of the box, so it will still need to be pressed. But I am very happy with how it turned out. It was delivered quickly and JJs customer service was very responsive and easy to work with. I will be ordering more from them based on this experience and so will all of my wedding party.

A wonderful fit

I loved this dress, I had to move the buttons at the the back slightly but that was probably due to my measuring as it was a custom. It was very comfortable to wear all day.

Love the compliments

I ordered 2 sizes bigger preparing for alterations should've only did 1 size since I lost a lot of the lace up back feature. Otherwise I loved the dress and the many compliments for a ceremony dress - it was beautiful- felt great - wore beautifully
