All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Dress to big

The dress is beautiful, however it is to big for my daughter. I bought a J14. I should have gotten the j12 or j10.

Love fabric

I loved the dress, loved the fabric. Everything was perfect about it…. I just order the wrong size for my daughter and it end up being to big for her, so I ended up ordering a different one! Size J16

Love it!

Fits as expected. The details are great. I am going to add a small amount of detailed trim to the waist just to give it that extra special detail. The coloring is exactly as expected. I had ordered some sample fabrics before purchasing which I would highly recommend. Don't hesitate to buy from JJ House. Their quality is wonderful. And it's more affordable than most chain bridal shops and you don't have to sacrifice quality.
