2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

I liked the color but not what I am looking for.

This dress was very pretty but the color was too light for me.

Beautiful Dress

I went with a custom-made dress and the dress fit perfectly. I recommend not adding shoe height like I did (just measure hollow to floor). The dress is a tad too long by adding a 2-1/2" heel height, but a slightly higher heel will do the trick. Communication from pre-ordering to received was outstanding and I was pleased with how quickly my dress arrived.

Perfect color for the wedding

This dress is a perfect color for the wedding. It also fits perfectly. All I have to do is hem it. Now that I've discovered JJ'sHouse and it's extensive choices, I'll be coming back for the next wedding in my big brood.

Try-on

Ordered try-on dress. Beautiful style and well made, just not for my body type. Try on program is very efficient way to sample dress styles, sizes and colors without making large purchases up front.

Runs small

The dress is pretty, it seems to run small though. The color is good, I am looking for burgundy.
