Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Head over heels

I was afraid to order the dress online. I had the dress custom made because I fell in love from the moment I saw the dress online. When the dress arrived, I was so happy! I wasn't in love I was head over heels and the dress exceeded all my expectations. I can't wait to wear the dress on my wedding day. Quality is also perfect. A nice sturdy fabric. A happy costumer here! (The dress is still a little too big for me, so I will have to alter it a little in due course)

The dress is beautiful, comfortable, quality and fabric similar to the photo. The lace detail on the back looks amazing. I was skeptical about buying my wedding dress online but I'm very satisfied, specially with the price. I'll have to do some adjustments because I got a bigger size(10), I'm 127 lb and 5'2 tall.
