2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Amazing quality

This dress is perfect. I ordered as picture which has the champagne underlay which goes perfectly with my fall wedding. absolutely love the sequence, makes the dress shine. The dress is comfortable and flowy.

I had ordered a size 16w originally and customer service was amazing and allowed me to change to size 20 during the processing stage. took an extra week but still arrived well before the wedding.

so tip for brides, make sure you order over your measurements. for me it was the bust that wouldn't have fit otherwise. still had to take it in a few inches but better to big then to small. 😉

Beautiful dress

This dress was purchased for my daughter. It arrived on time and surprisingly was not as wrinkled as we expected. The dress was gorgeous with exquisite lace on bodice and skirt. My daughter was beautiful with the dress on! We did return the dress only because the underskirt was a darker tan than shown in the picture. We had no problem returning the dress and the process was easy. Please know that they do charge a 15% restocking fee and you will not be reimbursed for any tax you paid. I have purchased several dress from JJ's House and have always been satisfied.

j'adore ! la robe est magnifique ! elle est très vaporeuse, en tulle léger, avec des broderies de fleurs et des petits sequins. le buste est bien maintenu car il y a des coques au niveau de la poitrine et une bande de gel adhérent sur tout le tour. un peu petit pour un 40

Absolutely loved this dress, qreat quality, so pretty.

I absolutely loved this dress, I actually thought this could be the one but because I ordered the incorrect size I couldn't really see the real effect. So decided to look at a few in shops where I could try on before I purchased and I did happen to find the dress of my dreams.

Had I have purchased this in the incorrect size I probably would have kept this for my wedding day. It was beautiful.
